Had a very good experience with Hareepatti, especially with Gurleen, who personally helped me throughout the health insurance portability process. I was porting my family health insurance policy to HDFC ERGO, and there were quite a few details and documents involved. Gurleen was very responsive, explained the process clearly, helped coordinate the documentation, and followed up throughout the process until the policy was successfully issued. What I particularly appreciated was the personal attention and smooth coordination rather than just handing over a quote and leaving the rest to the customer.
