“If you just want you to be yourself, Be a bigger yourself .“

Had an awesome day amongst 50 fellow women entrepreneurs at Tie Delhi Ncr event on Women Entrepreneurship.

Sharing my Key Learnings from the same:

1.Being in Entrepreneurship, it should not be the size that matter but the vision.

2.We are victims of our own mindset and perception.

3.You don’t have to be masculine to get heard. Your assertiveness will make you stand out.

4.Rather than calling it a work life balance , it should be called work life integration.

5. Risk averseness is not a good idea if you wish to scale up.

6.Don’t try to fix people, rather fix processes. Make a mandate and everyone will follow it.

7.Don’t shortsell yourself…this will happen only when you think you are 100% honest with your services.

8. Last but not the least., There are a lot of stereotypes to be broken. #Learnt #Implemented
